Wyclef perfectly embodies the voice of passion and strife that needs to be heard. Perhaps one of the most touching and eye opening songs I have ever heard. Together we can all end the war and stop the violence!
boohoohoo! so sad, but he’s damn right and we just can’t see it. Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan, China, NYC, LA, Boston, Chicago, Israel, Paris, Port-Au-Prince, Brasil, Puerto Rico, etc…I could go on and on and on. “The war it’s not over”He’s right it’s not over, it’s only just begun and who knows when it will end? no one.
now of course i want peace on the streets
but realistically, paintin perfect pictures aint never work… So why you ask me if I want peace
If you cant grant it
Niggas fighting across the whole planet
So there can never be peace…
This song and Wyclef reminds me alot of Bob Marley. And yes unfortunately, war and oppression will continue. And America is most likely gonna engage in a war with Iran. Probably in the next couple of years
